Have ready: Your business license or permit, proof of insurance, photos, and your rooms and rates.
Every guide, outfit and lodge is reviewed before going live, so the application asks for your license or permit and proof of insurance.
What you keep
No monthly fee. Just a commission when you're booked.
The commission is a percentage of the full price of each booking, and it gets lower as the booking gets bigger. It is not based on your total volume.
Card processing is charged by Stripe, about 2.9% plus 30 cents, and comes out of your side of each payment. If you would rather the angler cover part of the commission, you can choose to show it as a separate booking fee at checkout.

12% or less
of the booking price, and it drops as the booking gets bigger. You see the exact rates when you apply.

Clear rules
Know where you stand before you book your first trip.
More than 48 hours out
The angler is refunded what they paid, less a small card-processing fee that stays with you.
Inside 48 hours
No refund. You keep the booking.
If you cancel, or weather does
The angler gets a full refund, and WaterLynk keeps no commission on it.
When something happens
Guides can refund an angler directly for an emergency or as a goodwill gesture, without waiting on us.

Good to know
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no monthly fee to list. WaterLynk earns a commission only when you get booked.
When do I get paid?
Anglers and guests pay through Stripe when they book. Your payout goes to your bank account after the trip or stay, and you can see your next payout in your dashboard.
Can I keep using my other calendars?
Yes. Connect a calendar link (Airbnb, VRBO, Google and others) and times already booked there are blocked on WaterLynk, so you don't get double-booked.

Tell us. Questions and ideas go straight to the team building WaterLynk, and we read all of them.
